Hi, I’m Sonia...

I help educate people to take control of their health by learning how to decode your bodies communication, recalibrate your internal clock, reset your body and heal. 

 

I love breaking down the complex sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda into practical strategies you can use everyday to support your body and restore balance. 

 

Twenty years ago, I realized that I was making unintentional choices that made me feel worse and many people around me too ----- busy lives, eating on the run, struggling with sleep, burnout, bloating and acidity.

So I created the Ayurveda Food Alchemy course to empower everyday people to participdate in their own healing. It’s built on 4 pillars: theory, hands-on application, self-reflection, and developing subtle body awareness.
