Cancellation Policy

We are a small business with a focus on small group size trainings. We appreciate being notified with as much time as possible if you choose to cancel so we have an opportunity to fill your spot. 

 

All payments are refundable if cancellation is received 60 days before the training start state.

50% of payment is refunded if cancellation is received 59 to 30 days before training start date.

Any cancellations received within 30 days of training start date are not refundable. Any cancellations received the day of or after training start date are not refundable.
