Our Teacher Training is certified by Yoga Alliance and modeled after this learning system, blending Yoga philosophy with Ayurvedic wisdom. You will understand the many facets of yoga, as yoga becomes your being, deepening your personal practice and learning to guide others with the integrated teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Ayurveda Cooking Immersion
This 6-day Ayurveda Experience in our beautiful center in San Juanillo, Costa Rica will guide you in exploring how to prepare meals that balance dosha. Not only will you leave this course with an understanding of Ayurvedic principles to achieve optimal health, this immersion is designed to strengthen your awareness and connection to your mind/body through daily yoga asanas, controlled breathing, meditation and other mindful practices.
