Pura Veda Basil Sunflower Seed Pesto

1/4 cup local organic grass fed ghee
2 T fresh, high prana, organic lemon juice
1 big handful of local and organic basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon of organic rock salt

Adjustments: To balance Kapha, water can replace the oil. To balance Pitta, replace mint leaves with basil leaves.
