Explore archery as a mindful experience. Focus on the present moment as you learn the proper shooting technique in archery. This course is designed not only to help individuals learn / improve their archery technique, but also to explore archery as a tool for self awareness in mind, body and soul. Through discussions, workshops and experiential learning improve your archery skills and discover the true self behind the bow.
