Mindfulness and Archery

Take an inward journey as you employ the ancient art of archery.  Used by many as a form of meditation and inward exploration, archery can help increase your focus, self awareness, self esteem, emotional awareness, emotional control, and the search for truth. Each one of our workshops is designed to help you find the Spiritual Warrior within. Mindful Archery is one way to relax the mind and body, and to learn to let go of attachment with the release of every arrow.  

Mindful Archery Workshop

Improve self awareness, self control, focus, be in the present moment and learn to trust your intuition while shooting a bow and arrow.  Two courses are offered:  Intro to Archery and Mindful Archery


Experience archery and yoga while you relax the body and mind.  Set your intention and discover the true meaning of being in the present moment.  


Course I

Intro to Archery:  A beginner course where the basic shooting technique and safety guidelines are introduced/ reviewed, archers become comfortable with the bow, and practice becomes an exploration of self and truth. 

Course II

Mindful Archery:  A deeper exploration of the self through archery.  Emphasis is on the breath, the present moment, and creating truthful synergy of the body and mind. Focus, discipline and self control all play a role in the creation of this experience.   



The truthful fusion between yoga and archery has come together in one workshop.  Experience how yoga, archery and pranayama (breath work) combine to give you an inward experience that will help you with focus, self awareness, and letting go.
