Chai Masala Coconut Milk
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 inch ginger shredded
2 mashed cardamom
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
2 cups coconut milk (please see our coconut milk recipe)
Optional: 6 dates as sweetener

Preparations:
1) Make tea as is and do not add any ingredients 2) Add 2 cloves and 1/2 stick of cinnamon to boiling water 3) Boil water with ginger and spices for 10 minutes. 4)Cover and let steep for another ten minutes. 5) Measure out 2 cups of spiced water and blend with coconut milk and dates.
