Pura Veda Chocolate Cupcakes (Vegan and Gluten Free)


Dry Ingredients:
3 cups gluten free oat flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup raw brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp himalayan salt

Wet Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup coconut oil

Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Oil muffin cups.
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Add some love.
Pour batter in cups.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Muffins are done when you poke with a toothpick and it comes our clean.
Take out of the oven and let cool 10 minutes. Remove from muffin pan and place on a rack. Drizzle chocolate cupcakes with our Orange Glaze.
